INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY RESIDENTS PROGRAM

The Interventional Radiology (IR) Residents Symposium is designed to discuss the broad spectrum of the modern IR practice, reviewing best clinical practices and current strategies for: peripheral artery disease (PAD) and critical limb ischemia (CLI) management, stroke management, and complex peripheral embolization procedures, including interventional oncology, UAE, and trauma.

Program faculty is comprised of renowned and experienced Interventional Radiologists, who discuss important developments in management and treatment options. Presentations include appropriate patient selection for Transradial, Femoral, and Pedal access, with an in-depth review of access site complications. Fellows participate in hands-on workshops with anatomical flow and ultrasound models, while engaging in simulation respective to complex embolization procedures.

 

This course is offered to IR Residents currently enrolled in an IR Residency Program and Interventional Radiologists early in their careers.

INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY FELLOWS PROGRAM

The Interventional Cardiology (IC) Fellows Symposium is designed to demonstrate best clinical practices for the management of complex coronary procedures and current strategies on arterial access and closure. Presentations include the appropriate patient selection for Transradial and Transfemoral access, with an in-depth review of access site complications.

Fellows participate in hands-on workshops, learning from renowned and experienced Interventional Cardiologists, while discussing important developments in management and treatment options, along with the latest technology in sheaths, microcatheters, wires, balloons, and closure devices.

 

This course is offered to IC Fellows currently enrolled in an IC Fellowship Program and Interventional Cardiologists early in their careers.

VASCULAR SURGERY FELLOWS PROGRAM

The Vascular Surgery Symposium is designed to provide an in-depth endovascular workshop in the comprehensive treatment of aortic and peripheral disease. Fellows participate in hands-on simulation, learning from renowned and expert Vascular Surgeons, demonstrating important developments and latest technology on a variety of topics inclusive of EVAR, TEVAR, Surgical Repair, Embolotherapy, and Radial to Peripheral techniques.

 

This course is offered to VS Fellows currently enrolled in an VS Fellowship Program and Vascular Surgeons early in their careers.
